Thank you to all our regular customers, fantastic staff, friends & family who have supported us over the last two years. As novice restaurateurs, it has certainly been a steep learning curve; even as experienced chefs it has been no easy ride! But with your help and fantastic feedback, which is always very gratefully received, we made it into the Michelin Guide last September, after having only been open for 20 months, an achievement we are extremely proud of. Neither of us having had any previous experience of working in Michelin or Rosette accredited establishments makes this an especially fantastic compliment
