At Twenty Four St. Georges Restaurant, in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton, we are committed to using the very best local and seasonal produce.

Our modern European menus change regularly to reflect this. Each dish is lovingly prepared in such a way as to bring out the very best of these fresh ingredients.

Although our menus are creative, our aim is simple; to provide an experience that we are confident you will enjoy, and food that looks and tastes fantastic.

Scottish Scallops with salt baked pineapple, braised pork, cauliflower, lotus root & soy glaze.

Seared breast & crispy leg with shallot cream, girolles and a red wine essence.

With nicoise tapenade, garlic tuiles & basil oil.


Prosciutto, sweetbread & fillet with petit pois, poached quail egg and pea sorbet.

With Roscoff onion puree, courgette and broad beans, puff pastry tart.

With brassicas, onion powder & smoked oil.

Fillet, homemade sausage & pressed belly with baby corn, slaw and a jacket potato croquette.

With confit shallot, broad beans, olives, tomato petals and a port jus.

With saffron, red peppers & tomato, summer beans & artichoke.


Mackerel, squid, mussels, clams with potato pebbles & foraged coastal vegetables.

With crispy pancetta, dauphinoise potato, girolles & roasted garlic.

With pine nuts, capers, mushrooms, roasted balsamic baby gem & parmesan custard.



With saffron Madeleine, meringue & a tomato jam tartlet.

With orange & olive oil cake, coconut espuma & coconut sorbet.

A chocolate and caramel sphere with chocolate and peanut truffle & milk sorbet.

With summer fruit jelly & crème patissiere .

To reach us from the city centre either walk along the seafront between the pier and the marina, or along lively St James Street.
