At Twenty Four St. Georges Restaurant, in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton, we are committed to using the very best local and seasonal produce.

Our modern European menus change regularly to reflect this. Each dish is lovingly prepared in such a way as to bring out the very best of these fresh ingredients.

Although our menus are creative, our aim is simple; to provide an experience that we are confident you will enjoy, and food that looks and tastes fantastic.

Scottish Scallops with baby beans, tomato tartare, herb salmoriglio.

Beef Carpaccio with confit egg yolk, feta, roasted mushrooms, black pepper & horseradish.

Beetroot and Pea Tortellini, courgette mattress, purees, smoked ricotta.

Confit duck leg in potato dough with citrus aioli & truffle air


Skate ballotine, Lobster croquette, pickled cucumber & sauce verte.

Asparagus with avocado salsa verde, cucumber and basil pesto.

Sea Trout with squid ink fregola, Piquillo purée, watercress and sauce vierge.


Pork Fillet, paupiette & boudin noir, with Lyonnaise potato, fennel and a tarragon jus.

Beef Fillet with braised ox tail, parsley puree, Jerusalem artichoke gnocchi, celeriac fondant and a Madeira jus.

Spring Risotto with poached egg, spinach, girolles, leeks, peas & broad beans.


Gurnard pan fried with smoked potato, mussels, oyster, wild asparagus, herb puree & Sea foam

Salt Marsh Lamb rump & shank with confit potato, samphire, peas, broad beans & tomato.

Jerusalem Artichoke Gnocchi with mushroom purée, baby onions, seared baby gem, nettle puree and a walnut & tarragon foam.



Red Velvet Cake with a vanilla and yoghurt ice cream, green tea macaroon, ginger and lavender drizzle.


Rhubarb Bakewell Tart, thyme ice scream, ricotta and vanilla crème patissiere.

With chocolate sable, caramel mousse, honeycomb and fromage blanc sorbet.

Gin sorbet, caramelised lime, served with a tonic syrup.

Your choice of three cheeses from our selection.

To reach us from the city centre either walk along the seafront between the pier and the marina, or along lively St James Street.
