Sangiovese-Montepluciano “il Contadino”,
EsinoDOC, Floriano Mogon 2010 – Italy 13% abv
Mognon Contadino has a slightly spiced nose of cloves and sawn wood or smoke. A fresh and fruity bouquet. It has a soft, quite light taste with easy tannins. If you close your eyes it will take you somewhere a little different and off the beaten track. The wine has a deep ruby red colour, with slight maroon tints.

100% Nero d’Avola, half of the vintage will be matured in oak and blended back in with the other half. This makes for a hearty win with softened tannins, displaying summer fruits of raspberry and blackcurrant.
